Facilities and house rules

Guests have free Wi-Fi in the rooms, heating, non-smoking rooms, parking next to the building and a shared kitchen and dining area equipped with a refrigerator, cooking appliances and an electric kettle. A continental breakfast can be ordered for an additional charge - after booking you will receive a link that lets you place your order.

Every room has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, towels, toilet paper, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms include bed linen, a wardrobe or clothes rack, a socket near the bed, a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Outside there is a garden with outdoor furniture.

The property provides private check-in and check-out, invoices on request, key card and key access, fire extinguishers and CCTV outside the building and in common areas. The villa is entirely smoke-free and upper floors are accessible by stairs only. Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee, and pet bowls are available.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and a payment card at check-in. Cash is not accepted.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. A crib for children aged 0-2 is available on request at 50 zł per child per night. Extra beds are not available.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking and parties are not allowed.

We serve our guests in Polish, English and German.
